Ian Bromley, Managing Director
With 20 years of experience in implementing Enterprise Resource Planning systems, Ian has worked both as a client side Project Manager and as a Vendor side Consultant, Business Analyst, Project Manager and Operations Director.
Ian started his career as an IT Systems manager for a West London based distribution company, in which he completed a successful ERP system installation.
In 1993, Ian joined a small Surrey based ERP software house which, over the following 14 years, he helped to grow from a privately owned company employing 20 individuals, to a public listed nationwide organisation employing 500 people with a turnover of £50m. Ian held a number of Senior Management roles during this time.
In 2000, Ian led a Project Team who reviewed, sourced and selected the Sage ERP X3 software to be the organisations flagship ERP system. Ian continued to setup a division within the organisation which delivered the Sage ERP X3 system to its clients for the next 6 years.
In 2006, Ian established Inixion to enable him to utilise his extensive consultancy experience to assist his clients in maximising their return on investment from their IT systems.
Following on from Ian’s previous work with Sage PLC and the Sage ERP X3 software, Inixion was successfully appointed as Sage ERP X3 Certified Partner, enabling the business to develop its already growing base of clients who use the Sage ERP X3 system.
David Spindler, Senior Consultant
With 20 years of experience in implementing Enterprise Resource Planning systems, David has worked extensively on client side implementations of ERP systems, and for more than 7 years on the vendor side as a Senior Business Consultant.
Following 5 years in the insurance industry as an underwriter, David held the position as a Retail Merchandiser in a high street fashion / leather goods chain. Following this he moved into the Printing industry and held a commercial role as a Senior Print Estimator and Production Planner. Expanding these skills, David joined a global sports footwear manufacturer as the Inventory Controller for the EMEA region and implemented a full stock forecasting solution throughout Europe, before moving into the IT team to support the implementation of a JBA System 21 ERP solution for the business. As part of the JBA implementation, David lead a project to deploy a worldwide Business Intelligence solution that was delivered to users such as senior management throughout Europe and the Vice President in America.
David joined Ian Bromley in 2000 to work with him in defining the implementation process for the Sage ERP X3 system that was selected by his previous organisation. David worked exclusively on the X3 system for the following 6 years, specifically on the largest and more complex implementations.
David joined Inixion in 2007, allowing us to grow the consultancy team with another highly competent, experienced individual.
David's skills and industry experience allow him to provide real world knowledge, and a "hands on" approach to everything he delivers.
Philip Harrington, Systems Consultant
As a CIMA qualified accountant, Philip held senior financial positions in a number of SME organisations over the period of 15 years. During these tenures Philip managed the implementation of a number of ERP systems in the various organisations prior to changing roles and moving to a System Integrator.
During his 6 years as part of the System Integrators consultancy team, Philip expanded his consultancy experience and became an ERP Implementation Consultant working with the Sage Enterprise software. Philip was responsible for the full life-cycle of his ERP projects, working with clients such as BAT, HM Prisons, NEC and Trinity Newspapers.
Whilst in his consultancy role, Philip further expanded his skills into the implementation and support of Business Objects and SQL Server.
Prior to Philip joining Inixion in 2009, he held the position of IT Manager for a £20m turnover FMCG organisation and was responsible for managing their Sage ERP X3 system and its surrounding IT infrastructure for 5 years.
Philip brings a unique mix of real world experience, qualified accounting and client side Sage ERP X3 management skills to Inixion.
Joanne Bromley, Company Secretary
With a number of years of experience within Government and Blue Chip organisations, Joanne's experience of top level corporations was gained through a career in Procurement. Joanne provided key roles within two major high street retailers, managing the sourcing, procurement and delivery to store of key product ranges within the organisations portfolio.
