Case Study – Consolidation of three businesses onto Sage ERP X3
July 2010
Spotless Punch is a leading supplier and manufacturer of Laundry Care, Homecare and Shoecare products, including leading brands such as Colour Catcher, Dylon, Vim, Fito and Punch Shoecare.
Project Scope: Review existing ERP systems and select a single system to move forward with for the whole of the UK organisation. Migrate all data and processes from the remaining 2 ERP systems onto the selected ERP system. Implement an interface with the Logistics Provider to handle all despatches and receipts of goods.

Case Study - Merge of two businesses into Sage ERP X3 System
October 2008
Vivalis Limited is a global manufacturer of cosmetic products, providing high quality consumer products at competitive prices to major retail chains and a vast array of independent chemists in the UK, as well as exporting to over 80 countries worldwide. Fine Fragrances & Cosmetics Limited owns and operates a strong portfolio of branded products within the hair colourant, haircare, fragrance, toiletries and cosmetic categories. Fine Fragrances had been operating the Sage Line 500 system for a number of years.
Project Scope: Migration and merge of the Fine Fragrance business from the Sage Line 500 ERP system to the existing Sage ERP X3 system, fully integrating the operational and accounting processes of the two businesses.

Case Study - HQ Relocation, Network Infrastructure & VoIP Project
Dylon International Limited manufactures and distributes fabric dyes and household products throughout the UK and to 80 countries worldwide. After more than 40 years at its headquarters in Sydenham, South London, the business decided to move to a new office in Redhill in Surrey.
Project Scope: Management of all aspects of the IT and Telephony requirements of the relocation of Dylon’s headquarters to its new offices in Redhill, whilst ensuring seamless business continuity at all times. Implementation of a new suite of Windows application servers and migration of all users data to coincide with the move to the new headquarters.

Case Study - Automation of Production of Management Accounts from Sage ERP X3
FFP is the leading British flexible packaging specialist, with clients in the food production industry. Its headquarters are in Northampton, and they provide solutions for market leading, household name brands.
Project Scope: To enable FFP’s existing Management Accounts model to be fully and automatically populated with live data from the Sage ERP X3 system at the touch of a button, whilst ensuring that FFP retained the ability to modify and extend the content of the management accounts model in the future.
